MUSIC AND SWEETNESS
Why did I choose to combine my music with sweets?
Anyone who is familiar with me knows that I am not very fond of sweets, but I prefer savoury.
Sweet is in stark contrast to the bitterness of the lyrics I write.
That's why I chose sweet to balance it out. As if it were a solace, a cuddle.
On the one hand, dark chocolate is hard, sweet but not too sweet. A mature solace.
On the other, the soft Amaretto has a smooth and intense substance, and a more robust sweetness. A return to childhood.

I used two artisan companies. Products strictly MADE IN ITALY.
This company's Amaretti are made with pure almonds and do NOT contain apricot seeds.
These are typically only used for flavouring, because in high doses are toxic. Remember our grandparents? They used to tell us not to eat apricot "almonds" because they were poisonous.
